CoCap offers three Pro plans: ₹299/month, ₹999/6-month and ₹1,499/year. All unlock unlimited Priya sessions, unlimited call time, room hosting, and Pro features until the plan's expiry date. We also offer one-time add-on passes (Resume Pro ₹99, Interview Prep ₹149, Live Access ₹99), each valid 30 days. Plans do not auto-renew — you are never charged again without starting a new purchase.
If you are not satisfied within 7 days of a purchase, email us at hello@cocap.in from your registered email or with your registered phone number, and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Cashfree and typically take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.
After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable for the remainder of the plan period, because you continue to have full access to all Pro features until expiry. When the plan expires, your account simply returns to the Free plan — you never lose your data, streaks, or CapCoins.
Since plans do not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges — simply don't renew. You can stop using Pro features any time; your access remains until the paid period ends.
If a payment fails but money was deducted, it is auto-reversed by your bank, usually within 5–7 working days. For a duplicate charge, contact us and we will refund the extra amount promptly.
